Wow Things are overwhelming!

I just recently happened to meet someone who lives out here in the desert who needs help. He is elderly and can barely walk he has 27 dogs he tries to take care of them the best he can but the hard truth is he can't and the dogs are suffering for it. Its not that they aren't fed because they are but there are just too many of them and Im sure animal control if involved are going to kill them. The dogs are queensland heeler and aussie and are really cute dogs the youngest being about 9- 6 month old puppies > I have been helping to make kennels to try and separate them but I really cant handle it either.
